UX is the structure behind the visually aesthetic UI. Both interlaced together define the whole experience.
The following projects showcase my role in leading the end-to-end design process for B2B SaaS products
UX Spotlight
Providing a streamlined developer experience to integrate faster which enables employers to reach a more efficient hiring process.
PROBLEM TO SOLVE
3rd party developers integrating with Indeed have a broken build, test, and launch experience utilizing Indeed's API suite part of the ATS partner program.
TARGET OKRs
-
Reduce time from build to launch
-
Lower number of support tickets
-
Provide faster build validation
-
Streamline developer experience
ACHIEVEMENTS

Performance Dashboards

Enabling customers to gain insight on aggregate cost savings of their organizational material inventory across facilities in order to optimize inventory and performance.

DESCRIPTION
I led the end-to-end design for the performance dashboards which give the customers a glimpse into their inventory optimization performance across the organization as a whole and by each individual plant or facility.
ACHIEVEMENTS
-
Provided a high-level acceptance rate and cost data for all facilities
-
Spotlight data cards give overall cost and potential savings for entire organization for fast analysis
-
Enabled management to quickly see top and low performing facilities

Duplicates Group

Giving Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies the ability to recognize and reduce duplicate materials within their inventory to influence smarter material procurement.
DESCRIPTION
I was responsible for crafting the UX
and design of Verusen’s duplicate groups interface. Duplicate groups help the customers harmonize their inventory data by identifying the same materials across facilities in their organization.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Enabled customers to reduce 2,500-10,000 materials in organizational inventory

Inventory Recommendations

Leveraging an AI-powered platform to optimize stocking recommendations, reduce material inventory, cut costs and prevent unscheduled equipment downtime.

DESCRIPTION
I led the design efforts for creating the Inventory Recommendations interface. This page of the platform features current stocking levels of materials within an organization and Verusen’s stock level recommendations based upon material usage and trends over time.
ACHIEVEMENTS
-
Optimized material inventory management, resulting in substantial cost savings between $10-30 million
-
Reached a 10-25% inventory reduction for enterprise organizations

Network of Materials - Reporting

Accessing visibility into on-hand material locations across the organization to reduce unnecessary ordering for faster, more cost efficient material transfers which cuts down excess inventory.
DESCRIPTION
I created the reporting UI screens for On Hand, Excess, and Service Level data across an organization’s material inventory. As a part of this effort, I also conducted a heuristic evaluation of the platform which included plans to include service level data allowing the application to scale for future roadmap enhancements.
TARGETS & GOALS
-
Enable customers to understand the on hand and excess amount of inventory
-
Provide knowledge of exact material location across facilities for delivery requests
-
Give customers insight on total quantity and cost of excess materials
