UX is the structure behind the visually aesthetic UI. Both interlaced together define the whole experience.
Below is some of the work that I've completed over the years.
Partner Console
Indeed, Inc.
I led the UX design and strategy for Indeed's new product, Partner Console, for the ATS partner program within the Interoperability organization. Partner Console is an application designed for 3rd party developers to explore, build, test, and launch integrations utilizing Indeed's suite of APIs.
This product is intended to build ATS integrations which increases signals from employers to Indeed while increasing efficiency in the apply process for job seekers.

Performance Dashboards
Verusen, Inc.
I led the design efforts for the performance dashboards which give the customers a glimpse into their inventory optimization performace across the organization as a whole and by each individual plant or facility.
The UX included customer feedback and discovery, wireframing, and full design mockups. This acts as a report card for each plant within an organization and by utilitzing data visualizations it gives the users a scannable view to see good and poor performance.

Duplicates Group
Verusen, Inc.
I was responsible for crafting the UX and design of Verusen’s duplicate groups interface. Duplicate groups help the customers harmonize their inventory data by identifying the same materials across facilities in their organization.
The UX included determining the customers’ exact workflow and understanding how they identify duplicate materials. The UI needed to accommodate each piece of data to help provide accurate information for the most educated decision upon every material.

Inventory Recommendations
Verusen, Inc.
I led the design efforts for creating the Inventory Recommendations interface. This page of the platform features current stocking levels of materials within an organization and Verusen’s stock level recommendations based upon material usage and trends over time.
This went through a number of iterations after gathering user needs, requirements, and feedback.

Network of Materials - Reporting
Verusen, Inc.
I created the reporting UI screens for On Hand, Excess, and Service Level data across an organization’s material inventory. As a part of this effort, I also conducted a heuristic evaluation of the platform which included plans to include service level data allowing the application to scale for future roadmap enhancements.
These reports help the customer see how their organization as a whole is performing with their inventory optimization while being able to drill into specific plant performance.

Chart Formatter - Redesign
FactSet Research Systems, Inc.
I lead the redesign for FactSet’s chart formatter found in 5 main charting applications within the overall workstation.
The chart formatter is an engine that reads a chart display and allows users to edit and format the data's aesthetics and its layout's overall look and feel. Users can customize every object on a chart anywhere from legends to axes, titles to series, and background colors to font styles.

Interactive Charting
FactSet Research Systems, Inc.
Interactive Charting went through a redesign and as an interaction designer I was responsible for part of this project.
Interactive Charting is one of FactSet's main charting applications within a 400+ application workstation provided on a subscription basis to financial professionals. This application has capabilities of charting different groups of data that assists users in analyzing information across a range of companies as part of a larger report.

Deals Application
FactSet Research Systems, Inc.
This project was to create an interface for the Deals application within FactSet’s workstation. Its main purpose is to show the deals and acquisitions of companies through data visualizations of the price history within the life of the deal.
An overview of information displays at the top of the page for a quick understanding of how the deal played out in regards to the prices it took to complete the deal. A further detailed view of the data is displayed through a chart combining all pricing data (target price, acquirer price, arbitrage spread, premium, announcement date) from the time the deal was announced until it was completed or until the most recent date available.

Activism & Governance Application
FactSet Research Systems, Inc.
This project was to create an interface for the Activism and Governance application within FactSet’s workstation.
After data analysis, the interface displays visualizations for the total number of high impact campaigns along with the breakdown for each year and total number of proxy fights with the breakdown of each year as well. The data spans across a specific industry and sector at a macro level.
